The series consists of minutes, agendas and papers relating to meetings of the Sydney Opera House Trust's Trustees' Audit Committee, also known at the External Audit Committee.The minutes document the decisions and recommendations of the Committee, dealing with issues such as budget and financial strategy, audit plans, balance sheets, valuations, stocktakes of plant and equipment, evaluation and transfer of assets, and reviews of records. The Committee also dealt with internal matters pertaining to its own structure and function.There are two items in this series. There is one volume which includes only the signed minutes of the Committee meetings between 1992 and 1995. The other item is in the form of a covered file fastened in one corner. This contains agendas, minutes and papers (in the form of correspondence and reports) covering the period 1992 to 1997.
