To investigate the relationship between growth differences and gene expression and regulation, this study used RNA-Seq technology to sequence the transcriptome and analyze differentially expressed genes in four tissues (liver, muscle, brain and stomach) of Mandarin chuatsi in the fast-growing and slow-growing groups after a complete breeding cycle and fed with complementary diets.
