Transcriptional profiling of HIV dual reporter infected Jurkat T cells using CAGE.

This study examine the transcriptional profiling of HIV dual reporter non-infected, latetnly infected and productively infected Jurkat T cells. Overall design: HIV dual reporter non-infected, latetnly infected and productively infected Jurkat T cells were profiled by CAGE seq. Jurkat T cells not exposed to HIV dual reporter virus (non-exposed) were also profiled by CAGE seq.
