Thymoma is a tumor originating from thymic epithelial cells. This product provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA, and single-cell samples. For DNA analysis, it covers point mutation detection, structural variant identification, fusion gene analysis, and copy number variation (CNV) variant analysis. For RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), in addition to differential gene expression analysis, it also includes novel transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and the interaction between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis includes cell type identification, intercellular communication analysis, single-cell trajectory analysis, and transcription factor analysis.
