Expanding the Toolbox of Poly(2-Oxazoline)s-Based Hydrogels for Biomedical Applications
收藏资源简介:
Poly(2-oxazoline)s (POx) represent a class of polymers with immense promise in biomedical applications. The ability to easily incorporate side and main chain functionalities, achieved through the judicious selection of monomers and initiators/terminating agents, respectively, coupled with the biocompatibility and nature of their water-soluble counterparts, facilitates the development of highly functional POx materials. Diverse synthetic methodologies were employed to prepare POx-based hydrogels, intended to offer a comprehensive insight into the contemporary advancements in forming POx-based hydrogels. In addition, the flexibility in material properties and the equilibrium of hydrophilic/hydrophobic, create extensive opportunities for designing hydrogels based on POx for various biomedical applications.
