Complete genome sequence of an Australian strain of Rouxiella badensis DAR84756 and resolution of the R. badensis DSM100043 and R. chamberiensis DSM28324 genomes

In this research we announce the complete assembly of a new Australian strain of the Gram-negative bacterium R. badensis DAR84756 and the complete assembly of the German type-strains, R. badensis DSM100043T and R. chamberiensis DSM28324T. The genomes were resolved using ONT long DNA reads and Flye assembler with a mean coverage of over 400x for each genome.
