资源简介:
This dataset contains the experimental data supporting the findings of the study entitled “SLC35E1 regulates inflammatory responses in cutaneous Mycobacterium marinum infection via the NOD1/NOD2–MAPK/NF-κB signaling axis.” The data were generated from human clinical samples, a murine subcutaneous Mycobacterium marinum infection model, and in vitro macrophage infection experiments.
The dataset includes raw and processed data from histopathological analyses (H&E staining, Ziehl–Neelsen staining), immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence imaging, quantitative PCR, Western blot assays, and RNA sequencing. Image files document granulomatous pathology, bacterial burden, and macrophage marker expression in human lesions and mouse skin tissues. Molecular data include relative gene expression levels, protein expression quantification, and transcriptomic profiles from Slc35e1-silenced and control RAW264.7 macrophages.
All data were generated using standardized experimental protocols and analyzed with validated statistical and bioinformatic methods. The dataset enables independent verification of the reported results and supports further investigation into the role of solute carrier transporters in host immune regulation during cutaneous nontuberculous mycobacterial infection.
