DeepTRACE Demonstration Package for Peer Review

This repository contains a demonstration package for the DeepTRACE system, submitted as part of peer review for the manuscript “DeepTRACE: Flexible Machine Learning for Analysis and Discovery in Single-Molecule Tracks”. The archive includes a PDF walkthrough, demonstration data files, and example pre-trained models to accompany the DeepTRACE software. It is intended to assist peer reviewers in reproducing key figures and evaluating core functionality. DeepTRACE is a lightweight, GUI-based deep learning framework for the classification of single-molecule tracking data.
