InsectBase

InsectBase is a database for insect gene resources, and it serves as a valuable resource to meet the multiple research needs of entomologists, as well as the related research communities of animal evolution and invertebrate comparative genomics. The current version contains more than 16 million sequences, including 817 insect genomes in 20 orders, 158 families, 457 genera. It provides 15,045,111 coding sequences of 713 species, 3,436,022 3'UTRs and 4,345,664 5'UTRs of 374 species, 112,162 miRNAs of 807 species, and 1,293,430 lncRNAs of 376 species.InsectBase（昆虫基因资源数据库）是一款面向昆虫基因资源的专业数据库，可作为极具价值的科研资源，满足昆虫学家以及动物进化、无脊椎动物比较基因组学相关研究群体的多元科研需求。当前版本包含超过1600万条序列，涵盖20个目、158个科、457个属的817个昆虫基因组。该数据库提供713个物种的15045111条编码序列、374个物种的3436022条3'非翻译区（3'UTR）与4345664条5'非翻译区（5'UTR）、807个物种的112162条微小RNA（miRNA），以及376个物种的1293430条长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）。
