Total RNA was extracted from pupal whole bodies of w1118 control or prostaglandin receptor knockout in the fruit fly, Drosophila melanogaster. RNA sequencing was performed by a Novaseq 6000 after enrichment of mRNA using oligo(dT) beads. The goal is to assess change of entire gene expression patterns when prostaglandin signaling is disrupted in the fruit fly.
