This dataset centers on dynamic access statistics of smart access control systems in residential communities of Zhongshan City. Through real-time collection and in-depth analysis of residents' passage records, it constructs an accurate resident behavior analysis model. This data product can quantitatively display core indicators such as the intensity of community personnel flow and high-frequency passage time periods, providing multi-dimensional data support for community governance and commercial decision-making. For residential property management authorities, this statistics system can monitor monthly access peak curves in real time, accurately identify patterns such as morning and evening commuting peaks and special passenger flows during holidays, and assist in optimizing the allocation of security resources. Based on the frequency of personnel access and time-period characteristics, the actual residential density of the community can be further inferred, providing a dynamic basis for property management efficiency evaluation.
