Drosophila melanogaster larvae (first instar) were confronted with 3 day old Aspergillus nidulans colonies, growing on fly breeding substrate. At time points 03, 06, 12, and 24 hours post confrontation start larvae were sampled. RNA-samples were sequenced using Illumina HiSeq2000 technology and paired-end 100 base sequencing.
