The Risk of Metabolic Syndrome Associated with the Rejection of the Coming Out Process among Hispanic LGB Young Adults

Aim 1: Determine if the Coming Out Acceptance (Social) and Coming Out Growth (Behavioral) can predict Metabolic Syndrome risk (Physical); and,
Aim 2: Identify differences in the model of predictions between the four stratified groups (G1: lesbian women, G2: bisexual women, G3: gay men, G4: bisexual men). The central hypothesis of this study is that the Coming Out Acceptance and Coming Out Growth will predict Metabolic Syndrome risk.
