Diadegma insulare is a parasitic wasp native to United States and Canada which is being investigated as a biocontrol for the diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella). In this study we performed 454 sequencing of RNA from P. xylostella larvae and adults, D. insulare adults and P. xylostella larvae parasitized by D. insulare .
