Combined with the operation characteristics of SHMFF, the design scheme of eight ring octagonaldiffuser with uniform flow orifice plate is determined for the tank. In addition, the experiment results show that the flow rate has more significant influence on thermocline than the temperature difference, and when the operatingflow rate is the same, the thermocline is inversely proportional to the temperature difference.The data is the temperature distribution in the tank of many experiments.
