WT MKCs were cultured in the presence of 1.2mM calcium-containing medium for 24 hours, then incubated with 10μM taxol for an additional 5 hours. Immunostaining revealed the stabilization of microtubules at adhesions and the nuclear envelope. Beta-tubulin is shown in red, DNA in blue and E-cadherin in green.
