Data for Predictive Modeling of Barrett's Esophagus

Barrett's esophagus(BE) refers to a pathological condition where squamous epithelium of the lower esophagus trans-differentiates into the metaplastic columnar epithelium. This study aims to examine the involvement of oxidative stress-related genes in diagnosing, epithelial cell transdifferentiation, and heterogeneity in BE.
