The aim of this study was to investigate the microbial community structure on bio-hydrogen production from olive mill waste (OMW) by dark fermentation. Batch experiment were carried out under mesophilic conditions (37°C) and cow sewage was used as inoculum. Analysis of Hydrogen(H2)-producing bacterial community were performed using high-throughput 16s rRNA genes sequencing at different fermentation stage.
