This dataset provides the chromosome-level genome assembly, annotation, gene family, BUSCO assessment, and expression data supporting the associated manuscript. The data include PacBio HiFi sequencing-based genome assembly, Hi-C scaffolding, Iso-Seq full-length transcriptome, gene annotation, and functional gene family analysis.
