North West Transport Links East: environmental impact statement: working paper: landscape and visual impact

This report of existing conditions and assessment of visual impact, covers the transport links study area to the east of Pennant Hills Road. A similar report has been prepared by Bruce Mackenzie & Associates between Old Windsor Road, Baulkham Hillls and Pennant Hills Road.
