GSEA signatures meeting a threshold of FDR < 0.05 are listed. “SIZE” is the number of genes contained in the gene set. “ES” is the Enrichment Score. “NES” is the Normalized Enrichment Score. “FDR” is the False Discovery Rate. “RANK AT MAX” is the position in the ranked gene list where the maximum ES is reached. “LEADING EDGE” is the subset of genes within a gene set that contributes most to the ES.
