This file contains the data and MATLAB code for the pseudo-proxy baseline approach, including the datasets used to generate the pseudo-Tridacna series and the δ¹⁸O records from modern and fossil Tridacna specimens. The distance axis derived from the ShellChron output were adjusted to align with the observed Tridacna records in order to facilitate pseudo-series generation.
