To elucidate the cellular mechanisms of keratinocytes in response to an acute mechanical force Overall design: p63CreER; Piezo1fl/fl ; R26-mTmG (Piezo1 cKO) mice were administered tamoxifen injections (3 times, 20ug/dose) at P45-P52 to activate cre recombination and delete Piezo1 gene expression in basal layer keratinocytes. Basal epidermal cells were isolated from Piezo1 cKO and control mouse back skin using flow sorting. On Monday June 16, all processed and raw data files were replaced.
