The database contains WTA (willingness-to-accept) and WTP (willingness-to-pay) values reported by participants of an experiment conducted on a group of 180 homeowners. In addition, the database contains information on the importance of reference points. The study aims to assess the impact of various reference points on the presence of the endowment effect in the housing market.
