注：1.自2024年起，我局公布数据为基本医疗保险统筹基金收入、支出，不含职工基本医保个人账户收入、支出。2023年1-10月，统筹基金收入21174.09亿元，统筹基金支出17593.32亿元。 2.按照现行制度规定，居民医保个人缴费收入一般集中在第四季度到账，而支出按月列支，基金收入和支出的时序数额不尽匹配。Note 1: Since 2024, the data released by our bureau exclusively covers the income and expenditure of the overall planning fund for basic medical insurance, excluding the income and expenditure of individual accounts for employee basic medical insurance. From January to October 2023, the overall planning fund recorded an income of 2.117409 trillion yuan and an expenditure of 1.759332 trillion yuan. Note 2: Pursuant to current institutional regulations, individual premium income from resident medical insurance is generally credited in concentrated batches during the fourth quarter, while expenditures are recorded on a monthly basis, leading to a mismatch between the chronological amounts of fund income and expenditure.
