WAYS TO IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES

This article examines ways to improve the management of digital technologies in joint-stock companies. The current state of digital management systems is analyzed, and the importance of factors such as information systems integration, automation of management processes, data-based decision-making, and digital competencies of human capital is studied. The results of the study showed the need to improve the mechanisms for managing digital technologies in joint-stock companies. The article develops conceptual approaches and practical recommendations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of digital management.
