Transcriptomic differential gene expression in polarized RAW 264.7 cells treated with Hydroprotopine

The aim was to eluci-date the alterations in key pathways associated with Hydroprotopine treatment and to further ex-plore the underlying mechanism behind Hydroprotopine's impact on the inflammatory phenotype of macrophages. Overall design: In order to investigate the expression of differential genes in polarized RAW 264.7 cells subjected to Hydroprotopine treatment, a comparison was made between the genomes of cells treated with LPS alone and those treated with both LPS and Hydroprotopine.
