资源简介:
Treatment of Arabidopsis thaliana (ecotype Col-0) seedlings with jasmonic acid (JA) elicits long-term induced resistance (IR) against the chewing herbivore Spodoptera littoralis. We used RNA-seq to profile the transcriptional changes associated with this long-lasting JA-IR. Overall design: mRNA profiles for the leaves of 5-week-old plants treated 4 hours previously with water or JA. Plants were from 2-week-old seedlings treated with water or JA. A total of 16 RNA-seq samples, 4 biological replicates for each of the 4 treatment groups.
