Indian Lentils

A dataset of 20 different types of lentils was collected, including bean, pea, and gram categories. The different bean lentils are black beans, kidney beans, red beans, red kidney beans, soya beans, white beans, and white pea beans. Different pea lentils black-eyed peas, brown chickpeas, chickpeas, red chickpeas, and white chickpeas. Different gram lentils are horse gram, husked black gram, whole black gram, whole green gram, whole turkish gram, and chana. Each category of lentils in the dataset consisted of 500 images. The lentil dataset consisted of 10,000 images. The dataset is publicly shared on https://data.mendeley.com/datasets/r4yhfnzc5y/draft?a=56702740-f62e-4477-b5bc-4f74efeb1955. All the images in the dataset were captured using a Redmi Note 10 mobile camera. Each image was cropped to the rectangular boundary portion of the citrus fruit with a resolution of (127 × 225) pixels for all images.
