Predicting Decision-Making Time for Diagnostics over NGS Cycles

A project to predict decision-making time for diagnostics in NGS sequencing. Two clinical sputum samples are part of this projects, used for training and evaluation of the prediction method. An accurate prediction of decision-making time in real-time sequencing applications is important to find a good trade-off between speed and accuracy in clinical sequencing applications.The datasets belonging to this project have been created using a real-time sequencing protocol on an Illumina MiSeq device. Human host reads have been removed from the data.
