Working Holiday Maker visa program

Statistical data is available on the Working Holiday Maker visa program and provides information on visa grants recorded for the Working Holiday visa (subclass 417) and the Work and Holiday visa (subclass 462) in the current and previous financial years. The dimensions include the financial year and quarter of visa grant, the gender, age and citizenship country of the visa holder. \r\n\r\nThese de-identified statistics are periodically checked for privacy and other compliance requirements. The statistics were temporarily removed in March 2024 in response to a question about privacy within the emerging technological environment. Following a thorough review and risk assessment, the Department of Home Affairs has republished the dataset.
