Pre and post treatment MRI and radiotherapy plans of patients with glioblastoma: the CFB-GBM cohort (CFB-GBM)

Patients included in the “CFB-GBM” dataset correspond to 264 patients with glioblastoma involved in the clinical routine.

Pre-treatment MRI (t0) was acquired for all patients. The sequences, such as T1Gd, T1 anatomical, T1 gradient echo, T2 anatomical, T2-FLAIR, T2* or diffusion weighted imaging, were included, depending on their availability. In addition, post-treatment MRI at different times (t1 and t2) were obtained, if available. For some patients, we have also included treatment imaging, such as CTscan, radiotherapy dose and tumor delineation.

Clinical data : survival, age, WHO status, gender, height, weight, IDH status and MGMT methylation.
Surgery criteria, RT dose and machine, fractions.
CTscan machine, MRI machine, and the delay between the t1 and t2 MRI and t0 MRI.
