METHODS OF TEACHING DIGITAL CULTURE SKILLS TO YOUNG CHILDREN THROUGH GAMES

This article examines the pedagogical potential of developing digital culture skills in young children and presents a methodology for organizing this process through game-based technologies. The increasingly early integration of digital environments into children’s lives creates a need to develop not only the ability to use technological devices but also the skills to use digital tools safely, consciously, responsibly, and appropriately. The study identifies the following components of digital culture in young children: proper use of digital devices, distinguishing and understanding information, protecting personal data, observing communication etiquette, using digital devices within reasonable limits, and understanding safety rules in the digital environment.
