RNA-sequencing of peripheral lymphoid tissues during early HP-PRRSV infection

The RNA sequencings of peripheral lymphoid tissues at 3 days post-infection with HP-PRRSV were detected. By comparing them with the RNA sequencings of peripheral lymphoid tissues from uninfected animals, the genes with significant changes in the early stage of HP-PRRSV infection were analyzed to screen out the potential mechanisms of damage to peripheral lymphoid organs caused by HP-PRRSV in the early stage of infection.
