Generalised sensitivity indices and influence of the key parameters on the three outputs of interest.

The outputs are the viral titer (), the cumulative number of phagocyting macrophages (), and the percentage of infected macrophages among all macrophages (). Three key parameters were identified for each output (corresponding GSI in bold). For each parameter and each output, the generalised sensitivity index of the parameter main effect (mGSI, in %) and of the sum of two-parameter interactions involving the parameter (iGSI, in %) are given.
