The dataset of spider-prey network in Xingangshan, Jiangxi Province

This dataset was generated in June 2017 at the BEF China experimental site in Xingangshan, Jiangxi. This study used the branch beating method to collect 55 arboreal spiders from different plots, and used metabarcoding to detect prey in the spider's gut, further constructing a spider-prey interaction network. This study combines tree and spider diversity to analyze their relationship with spider prey diversity and spider-prey network structure.
