Genotype and sample metadata underlying "Genetic differentiation of Scots pine plantations in Armenia of uncertain origin"

This dataset contains SNP genotype data and accompanying sample metadata for newly genotyped Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) individuals analyzed in the manuscript “Genetic differentiation of pine plantations in Armenia of un-certain origin”. The deposited samples originate from eight populations: AM1, AM2, AM3, AM4, RU1, GER1, GER2, and MOT1. Genotypes are provided as a VCF file, and sample metadata are provided as a tab-separated table. A README file describes the files and metadata fields. The genotype data were generated using the Axiom PiSy50k SNP array. The dataset is provided to support reproducibility and reuse of the analyses presented in the manuscript.
