Identification of AtALKBH1A and AtALKBH1B as DNA N6-adenine demethylases in Arabidopsis thaliana

Wild type and alkbh1a/1b seeds were stratified for two days, dry and stratified seeds were collected to extract total RNA for mRNA-seq. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from mRNA-seq. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for dry and stratified wild type and atalkbh1a/1b seeds.
