Differential analysis of T cell receptor CDR3 repertoire in thymus and B cell receptor CDR3 repertoire in bone marrow between Kunming mice and Balb/c mice

This study investigated the homogeneity and heterogeneity of the thymic TCR CDR3 repertoire and bone marrow BCR CDR3 repertoire between outbred Kunming mice and inbred Balb/c mice, aiming to provide the immune system background and inter-strain differences of Kunming mice and Balb/c mice for their application in vaccine immunization experiments, transplantation experiments, as well as pharmacological and pharmacodynamic experiments.
