Heatmap of Differentially Accumulated Metabolites in Sweet Potato Leaves under Drought Stress

Supporting dataset for Figure 4b: Hierarchical clustering heatmap of differentially accumulated metabolites (DAMs) in sweet potato leaves under drought stress. This dataset accompanies the article: **"Unveiling Stage-Specific Flavonoid Dynamics Underlying Drought Tolerance in Sweet Potato (*Ipomoea batatas* L.) via Integrative Transcriptomic and Metabolomic Analyses"** Figure 4b visualizes the top 100 significantly differentially accumulated metabolites (DAMs) based on Z-score normalization and hierarchical clustering. Metabolites are annotated by chemical class, and samples are grouped by treatment stage (control, branching-stage drought, expansion-stage drought). ### This dataset includes:- Raw input data (`Clustering_heat_map_metabolomics_data.xlsx`, Sheet 1 and 2)- R script used to generate the heatmap (`Clustering_heat_map_metabolomics_plot.R`)- Output figure (`Clustering_heat_map_metabolomics_plot.pdf`)- Metadata (`README.md`) and reuse license (`LICENSE`) This resource is intended to ensure full reproducibility of Figure 4b and facilitate public reuse in the context of drought-response metabolomics in sweet potato.
