Positive doping cases at the Olympic Games 1968-2020

At the 2020 Summer Olympic Games, which were held in Tokyo, Japan, there were a reported total of nine positive doping results. Meanwhile, there were four positive doping cases reported at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea. In total, there have been 442 positive doping tests at the Olympic Games from 1968 to 2020.

在2020年于日本东京举行的夏季奥林匹克运动会上，共报告了九起兴奋剂检测呈阳性案例。与此同时，在2018年于韩国平昌举办的冬季奥林匹克运动会上，亦报告了四起兴奋剂检测呈阳性事件。自1968年至2020年，奥林匹克运动会中共有442起兴奋剂检测呈阳性记录。
