Modelled CO2 fluxes from New Zealand's terrestrial biosphere
收藏资源简介:
Biosphere fluxes (in gCO2 m-2 s-1) from the terrestrial biosphere in the Auckland Region modelled at a daily timestep on a 0.05°×0.05° spatial grid with Biome-BGC MuSo v6.1 for 2021. Included are Net Ecosystem Exchange, Gross Ecosystem Exchange and Ecosystem Respiration. Fluxes for managed pasture were calibrated using eddy covariance data from farms in New Zealand. All other landcovers (evergreen needleleaf forest, evergreen broadleaf forest, and shrub) use default model parameters. Climate input consists of daily minimum and maximum air temperature, average daylight air temperature, precipitation, daylight vapour pressure deficit, and daylight solar radiation sourced from the New Zealand Virtual Climate Station Network. Site-specific soil information (texture, pH and rooting depth) was obtained from the Fundamental Soil Layers database (Landcare Research). This specific set of fluxes was used for an atmospheric transport model inversion for Auckland, New Zealand. A manuscript that uses these fluxes is currently under review.
