Employee survey on work experience during the first wave of COVID-19 restrictions in Latvia (2020)

The survey examined how the COVID-19 situation affected employees’ daily work responsibilities, including employer-implemented measures to control virus transmission, the organization of remote work, and the ability to maintain work–life balance. A non-probability sampling approach was used, with participants recruited through snowball sampling, social media advertisements, and direct email invitations distributing the Latvian-language questionnaire link.
