Reduced adult survival estimated in areas of decline of harbour seal populations in Scotland (dataset and R code)

The attached data files and R code underpin the publication "Survival and fecundity of harbour seals at sites with contrasting population trajectories". The data files are provided as .RData files that can be directly loaded into R software or as .inp files that can be imported into R and formatted through RMark package. The ReadMe.txt file provides details on datasets and R code for each of the analysis.
