Summary of interaction analysis of PPARGC1A SNPs and SNPs in complement and VEGF genes for NV AMD in combined cohorts.

Tests of SNP x SNP interactions (allelic by allelic epistasis) were conducted for PPARGC1A with AMD-related SNPs in complement, lipid metabolism, and, VEGF signaling genes.
