The Eternal Moment Hypothesis (EMH) proposes that time is not a fundamental variable in physics. Instead, the universe is described as a timeless configuration space containing an entropy-ordered sequence of quantum states. Temporal flow emerges from the monotonic increase of a global entropy functional according to dt = k\, dS. Dynamics arise from relational mappings between neighbouring entropy states, consistent with the Wheeler–DeWitt constraint. Spacetime geometry emerges from the quantum state via a functional map g_{\mu\nu} = \mathcal{G}(\Psi), recovering general relativity in the semiclassical limit.
