资源简介:
The endogenous stress metabolite β‐aminobutyric acid (BABA) induces protective priming processes against both abiotic and biotic stresses through the activation of phytohormone signaling network involving abscisic acid (ABA), jasmonic acid (JA), salicylic acid (SA) and ethylene (ET). 1. We identified master regulatory elements of genes playing a central role in the phytohormone biosynthesis and signaling orchestration in taxonomical distant species, A. thaliana, and H. vulgare. Transcription factors (TFs) with binding sequences in the promoter of genes of ABA, JA, SA, and ET biosynthetic and signaling pathways were determined based on position weight matrices using the Eukaryotic Promoter Database (EPD). 2. Illumina Next Seq RNA-seq and gene expression analysis were performed after BABA treatment in A. thaliana and H. ulgare
