Surface-localized glycoproteins act through class C ARFs to fine-tune gametophore initiation in Physcomitrium patens

To investigate transcriptomic profiles when auxin-dependent transcription factor ARFC2 from Physcomitrium patens is expressed, we established an inducible overexpressor line for PpARFC2. We then perform bulk RNA-seq on protonemata tissues that have been mock-treated or induced by beta-estradiol for 16 h. Overall design: Two types of samples were analyzed Control and treatment using PpARFC2 overexpressor. The analyzed dataset includes two control samples, treated with DMSO and three treatment samples, treated with ß-estradiol.
