This study investigates the transcriptional consequences of genetic RetSat deletion in BAT. Male C57BL/6J mice with floxed RetSat alleles with (Cre+) or without (Cre-) Ucp1-Cre were analyzed at an age of 12-14 weeks. Total RNA from BAT was isolated and RNA was DNAse digested and profiled by RNAseq.
