Learning Deprivation Severity;SEA-PLM for grade 5 using MPL Level 6 for math

Learning Deprivation Severity captures the inequality of learning among the learning deprived population and is the gap squared in relation to the minimum proficiency squared. This indicator is calculated based on the data from UNICEF's learning assessment program called Southeast Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM). SEA-PLM's assessments are based on the measurement of skills in mathematics at 5th grade, using Minimum proficiency level (MPL) 6 as the benchmark of basic knowledge.
